Peninsula Lustica and Grbalj

 Arza beach (Arza plaža) is a wild gravel beach, located on Lustica bay. This is one more place, where you will find yourself surrounded by local history. There are remnants of an old fortress Arza. And an insular monastery Zanica is opposite to the beach. Here you can enjoy an amazing view opens to Boko-Kotor bay and Adriatica. You can get to the beach by sea or through Mirista beach. There is just a pier without any conveniences.  

Plavi Horizonti Beach is located in Przhno valley of Lustica peninsular. It takes 15 minutes to get there from Tivat and Kotor. The length of the beach is 350 meters. The beach is surrounded by olive and pine forests, which brings a unique charm and a picturesque view. The beach is totally covered by fine sand, the water entry is very flat, ideal for children and adults. Thanks to the shallow water, the sea is perfectly heated and usually it is 2-3 degrees above the rest sea shore. There are no cities and villages around the bay. The beach is equipped by the sun loungers, umbrellas and sports-grounds. There are changing rooms, showers and WC. Sea rescue service is on duty. Parking place is near the beach. For one who likes leisure activities, there are volley-ball, basket-ball and tennis courts. One can go boating, go water skiing, wave runner and fishing.

Ploče Beach is located 6 km from the center of Budva in Tivat direction.It is close to Jaz and Trsteno beaches. Ploče has an obvious advantage over the rest of Montenegrin beaches. It is very original. The territory looks like multileveled sites with the space for sun loungers and stairs to get to the sea. Here all the bases are covered:  four swimming pools with sea water for adults and children, the water is changed every day, free parking and WC, showers, cafes, restaurants. Bigova beach (Bigova plaža) is a concrete and rocky beach with sandy sections. It is located in the bay close to Bigovo small town. The history of a former fish village makes itself felt, fishing boats are still berthing here. Dozens of meters of the beach consist of concrete section. There are also rocky and sandy sections famous for its therapeutic mud. There are parking and quay at the territory of beach. There are many cafes and restaurants along quay.  

Dobrec beach (Dobreč plaža) is a small gravel beach, 70 meters long. It is located in the bay. Those who like private space will enjoy the beach. Since it can be reached only by boat or sea taxi, it is uncrowded. Mirista beach is a concrete-sand beach, located in a small vivid bay in a populated place of the same name. Here you can gain a complete piece for your body and soul by diving into a picturesque landscapes and enjoying pure forest air. On the shore you can chose beach surface as you like, either sand or concrete. The shore consists of concrete platforms, which ascend to the forest by stairs. Between the platforms sand is put. You can get o the beach by autoroad across Lustica or by sea. There is all the necessary on the beach: sun loungers, umbrellas, shower, WC, restaurants, cafes, parking, pier and sea rescue service.

 Oblatnо Beach is located on Lustica peninsular and it won the Blue flag in 2014. The beach is small, the length is 100 meters and it belongs to Almara Beach Club hotel. This is a comfortable club beach. The part of the beach is a private territory, which is decorated with glamour and stylish design. There is an Italian restaurant, cocktail-bar and luxurious sun loungers with baldachins. The beach is loved by young people. In summer modern DJs play here and make the best parties. Gravel covers the beach and there is all necessary for the rest: sun loungers, umbrellas, sea rescue service and changing rooms. One can get to the beach only by car.

Rose beach (Rose plaža) is a concret-gravel beach, located in a fishing village Rose, from which its name originated. Most part of the beach is a pier made of concrete. There are gravel sections along the sides of the village. Pure water of the beach is best for divers and for snorkeling. The main conveniences on the beach are: sun loungers, umbrellas, bars and cafes.  

 Trsteno beach (Trsteno plaža) is a small gravel beach with a very comfortable flat water entry. This place is ideal for families with children. There are renting sung loungers renting, a restaurant and paid parking. The beach is access to comfort on a private vehicle or taxi or bus.

Veslo Bay (Uvala Veslo) is a rocky site, located in Veslo Bay, near Begovoci town. The beach is perfect for those who love wilderness and romantic atmosphere. You can get there by a country road along the shore or by sea. From this beach one can get to Blue Cave (Plava Spilja). There are no conveniences.

Zanjic Beach is also called President Beach.  There was a time when a famous Broz Tito (the President of former Yugoslavia) chose this bay as a private beach. It is located 6 km from Herceg-Novi, on the Lustica Peninsula. In summer time one can get there by a private boat from Herceg-Novi, Igalo and  Meline. The boats depart every 10 minutes from 9a.m. till 1p.m. and coming back from 5p.m. till 8p.m. The beach is gravel and there is no sand, therefore the water is very clean and clear. One should be careful entering the water because of big large cobbles and sea urchins. It's better to use a sun lounger with an umbrella (the price is 10 Euro) and an atomized shower (0,50 cents) for a comfortable rest. The beach is surrounded by olive grove. One can have a rest from the sun in its shadows and enjoy a glass of wonderful wine. There is a big quay next to the beach. From this place you can go to the Blue Cave or visit Mamula island-fortress. This trip will cost about 5 Euros per person. In ten minutes walking distance from the main beach, there is Mirištа Bay. Zukovica beach (Žukovica plaža) is a wild gravel beach, partially rocky and sandy. It is surrounded by mediterranean flora and locates next to Žukovica cape at the coast of Grbalj valley. Special conveniences are absent.
