Demolition of the hotel "Mimoza" has begun

Yesterday, at the site of the former hotel "Mimoza", the preparation work for the demolition and removal of carpentry of the building and other elements of the facade of the building started, and in the afternoon, builders began the demolition. The hotel, with area of 4789 m2, was sold last year and belongs to "Mimoza Group" d.o.o. company, headquartered in Tivat.
At present the documents for the issuance of a building permit are in active preparation.
Ministry of Development and Tourism issued to company "Mimosa Group" urban technical conditions for the development of technical documentation for the reconstruction of an existing object in the condo-hotel on the sites UP117 and UP118 according to the detailed urbanization plan of "Tivat - center".
