Center for children with special needs will be built in Tivat in nine months

The construction company “Artek” from Podgorica, with the help of a tender that was held by the Tivat Municipality, was chosen as the most profitable contractor for the construction of a center for children with special needs in the city of Tivat.
Artek is the only company that submitted to the tender a proposal for the construction of a whole complex, which, in addition to the Day Center for Children with Special Needs, will house the regional branch of the Red Cross Tivat, the local community of Seljanovo and the Day Center for the elderly people. The company “Artek” from Podgorica will build this object for 387 080 euros, including VAT.
It is worth noting that Artek will have only nine months to build a new Center for children with special needs in the city of Tivat.
