Over the next four years, more than 140 million euros will be invested in the infrastructure of the ski resorts of Montenegro, said the director of the ski resort of Montenegro, Milos Popovic, after signing a cooperation agreement with the ski resorts of Serbia and Jahorina.
“Today there are six modern ski resorts in Montenegro: Savin Kuk and Javorovača in the Durmitor National Park near Zabljak, Kolašin 1450 and Kolašin 1600 near the town of Kolasin, Vučje in Niksic and Hajla in Rozaje. At the moment, everything is going to ensure that in this area to become the most competitive both in the Balkan region and beyond. Until 2023, more than 140 million euros will be invested in the infrastructure of the ski resorts of Montenegro. Also, this year we opened a new ski center - Kolashin 1600, which is located in the municipality of Kolasin, and I can say with confidence that this will be a new gem of tourism in Montenegro,” said the director of the ski resort of Montenegro, Milos Popovic.
