10 out of 10 - all the people returned to the owner "accidentally" lost wallet!
Several young people from the Montenegrin town of Pljevlja (Pljevalja) did some interesting social experiment.
The point of this experiment were as follows: one person walking in the Central Park "accidentally" drop the wallet, on the eyes of passers-by and left, not noticing the alleged "disappearance". Further, watching the reaction of passers-by - how will they respond, will return the wallet, there will be a look inside and how much time will store it.
The result was stunning: 10 out of 10!!! passers-by returned the wallet to the owner.
Recall that these experiments, social activists and various publications carried out in many countries, and some countries are looking for people's behavior even in some cities. The results are of course all different, but that was 100% guarantee of a "lost" property achieve not in all countries...
All this emphasizes the humanity of people in Montenegro, regardless of financial status.
