As indicated in the Plan for the use of funds by the State Enterprise for the Management of Montenegrin Coastal Areas for 2019, which the Government of Montenegro accepted on Thursday, it is planned to carry out the first stage of the construction of a pedestrian sidewalk along the main road from the turn to Bijela to the Cape "St. Sunday"in the Kamenari area. The cost of construction work will be 150,000 euros. Herceg Novi municipality has provided project documentation.
To complete the reconstruction of the Pet Danica embankment from the Mimoza restaurant to the beach of the Igalo hotel, 60,000 euros were allocated. Also, in cooperation with the authorities of the city of Herceg Novi, it is planned to repair the parapet wall and fencing on the Pet Daniсa embankment in the Vojničke banje area in the amount of 70,000 euros. In addition, € 56,000 was allocated for the construction of a ramp for people with disabilities on the beach in Igalo.
The amount of free cash for investment in the infrastructure of the municipality of Herceg Novi in 2019 is 469,368 euros. 270 000 euros is provided for the costs of public utilities and gardening.
