Today, the landing of the first Airbus A320 aircraft of the Laudamotion airline at Podgorica airport has officially opened a new airline Stuttgart - Podgorica - Stuttgart.
From the company Montenegro Airports reported that plane tickets Stuttgart - Podgorica began to be sold back in November last year, when it was announced about the cooperation between the Austrian low-cost airline Laudamotion and Montenegro Airports.
The executive director of Montenegro's Airports Company, Danilo Orlandic, said that he was convinced that the introduction of a new airline between Montenegro and Germany was justified, Podgorica - Stuttgart, and that he was extremely pleased to have this route opened this year.
“On the first plane from the German city of Stuttgart, 150 passengers arrived, and 153 people will depart from Podgorica. Our partners from the airline Laudamotion recently informed me that the sale of air tickets from day one is excellent and, therefore, they decided that their planes would fly to Podgorica airport all year round and not seasonally as originally planned,” said D. Orlandich .
Flights Stuttgart - Podgorica - Stuttgart will be operated twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and tickets can be purchased on the official website of Ryanair, as Laudamotion is its subsidiary.
Laudamotion is an Austrian low-cost airline founded by a three-time Formula One champion, race car driver Niki Lauda. It is expected that this year the airline will carry about five million passengers. The fleet of this airline consists of 19 aircraft that fly from Austria and Germany to 50 different destinations located in 18 countries of the world.
