In the resort town of Tivat, in the territory of an elite residential complex and the Porto Montenegro yacht port, three charging devices for Tesla electric vehicles were installed. It is worth noting that these charging stations for electric cars are more powerful than those that were recently installed near the island-hotel Sveti Stefan.
These Supercharger stations charge Tesla electric cars several times faster than other types of similar devices, for example, Destination Chargers. Since the launch of the first Supercharger in 2012, they are the benchmark for quality and meet all environmental standards.
The public relations manager of the residential complex of Porto Montenegro, Christina Shkanata, said that they had repeatedly stressed that electric vehicles are the future for Montenegro.
“A large number of European countries plan to ban the sale of cars with petrol and diesel engines by 2025, and, thanks to their policies and numerous transport taxes, they will push drivers to get rid of vehicles that are serious air pollutants,” said Christina Shkanata.
Given the fact that the port for yachts and residential complex Porto Montenegro is a tourism product, which is based on compliance with all environmental standards, Christina Shkanata said that they are happy to support the implementation of this international environmentally responsible project.
