In the village of Kavach, which is located near the resort town of Kotor, a residential complex consisting of three buildings with 63 apartments and a total area of 2,046 square meters will be built... According to Montenegrin media, the investor of this project is the Turkish company Infinity Board & Paper registered in the city of Tivat.
It is known that each residential building will consist of 3 floors, and also in building A there will be 23 apartments, in building B - 16 apartments and in building C - 24 apartments. A swimming pool will be built on the territory of the residential complex, various recreation areas will be equipped, and a two-level parking for 40 cars and an outdoor parking for 22 cars will be created.
The foundation of the buildings will be lined with stone, and the front walls will be a combination of stone, wood and bavalit.
