Hotel Mogren in Budva will be reconstructed to "5 stars"

The executive director of the Budva rivjera hotel network, Katarina Kažanegra, announced the reconstruction and adaptation of the popular historical hotel Mogren, which is located near the Old Town of Budva, to the level of a five-star hotel. Thus, according to her, all hotels of the Budvan rivjera company will be distinguished by high quality of service.
“We are planning to start work at the Mogren hotel in the fall and invest about 6 million euros for its complete renovation and bringing it into the category of five-star hotels. The Mogren hotel includes 53 different rooms, of which 17 are apartments with all the amenities, as well as an outdoor and indoor pool, a conference room and a wellness center,” said K. Kažanegra, emphasizing that after the renovation, the Mogren hotel will fully retain its old appearance.
“We also plan to build one floor in the upper part of the hotel, where the presidential suite and four representative suites will be located. The new floor will not distort or violate the unique historical appearance of the Mogren Hotel and will be built in accordance with the protection of cultural property, since the Old Town of Budva with the most ancient fortress walls is guarded in this area,” said Katarina Kajanegra.
