Last week new information tourist centers opened in the Montenegrin municipalities of Budva and Kotor.
In the municipality of Budva, 5 new information points were opened for tourists: in the center of Budva, in Becici (opposite the Splendid hotel) and Rafailovici (at the entrance), in Pržno (at the entrance to the Milocer Park), and in Petrovac (in the Museum Crvena Komuna). Currently, a total of 15 tourist information centers operate on the territory of the Budva Riviera. Working hours: from 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays.
In the near future, the Tourist Organization of Budva will open several more centers.
In addition, the Kotor Tourist Organization has opened 8 new tourist information points in the Kotor municipality. Currently, there are only 11 tourist centers operating in Kotor - in the Old Town of Kotor from 8 am to 8 pm, in Dobrota from 8 am to 5 pm, in Risan from 8 am to 5 pm and in Prcanj - from 8 am to 3 pm. The remaining information centers, located in the settlements of Dobrota, Orahovac, Perast, Morinj, Stoliv, Lastva-Grbalalska and Bigovo, are open only on weekdays, from 8 am to 3 pm.
It is worth noting that this year the tourist tax in Kotor and Budva, which is the resort capital of Montenegro, is 1 euro per person per day. According to Montenegrin legislation, tourists must register within 24 hours from the moment they arrive in the country.
