Last weekend, another major European airline from Norway - Wilderoe Airlines began sending its aircraft to Montenegro. Yesterday, the aircraft of this air carrier made its first flight on the route Oslo - Tivat - Oslo, which will be regular in this tourist season. On board the first plane from Norway to Montenegro, there were about 100 Norwegian tourists, for whom the traditional festive reception with firework water cannons took place at Tivat airport itself.
Interestingly, this was the first arrival to Montenegro of a completely new type of aircraft - the newest generation of the E2 civilian jet aircraft like the Embraer E-190, and Wilderoe Airlines is the world first buyer of this type of aircraft. It is also worth noting that the start of production of a new generation of aircraft E-2 was launched in Brazil last spring.
In addition, planes of 42 more regular and charter flights from Germany, Russia, Serbia, France, Norway, Denmark, Ukraine, Great Britain and Sweden landed at Tivat airport yesterday.
