Director of the Montenegrin Marine Property Management Enterprise, Predrag Djelušić, and his staff visited the Northstar construction company in Dobrec Bay on the Lustica peninsula, with the aim of continuing cooperation on the construction of a beach tourist complex with villas, apartments and various infrastructure under the Monterose project.
Representatives of the Northstar company, Mina Jovovich and Vladimir Tsvorovich, organized a presentation of the Monterose project, the construction of which is planned on the extreme western section of the Lustica peninsula of the Herceg Novi municipality, including the Dobrec beach.
During the presentation of the conceptual design of the project, Northstar representatives organized their guests a sightseeing tour of the beach in Dobrec Bay, which, together with the restaurant complex, is equipped in accordance with the high standards of the Marriott hotel chain, which will manage this future resort.
Representatives of the company managing the coast of Montenegro, JP Morsko dobro said that the construction of the Monterose resort will be implemented in four stages, and the total amount of investments will be about 400 million euros. The first phase of the project, which should be completed by 2023, involves the construction of a 5-star hotel with more than 200 rooms, 13 villas, restaurants and two beach complexes.
