The investment map of the Herceg Novi municipality offers investors 15 projects that are especially important for improving the quality of life and recreation of residents and visitors in terms of infrastructure development, job creation and the introduction of advanced technologies.
The presentation of the projects with all the data of importance and value to potential investors, which represents and promotes the development potential of Herceg Novi, was published to media representatives. According to local authorities, they strive to create a favorable business environment and become a stable partner for all interested investors.
This investment map contains important information on the location, type and size of sites for the following projects: bus station with a shopping center in Igalo, a mixed center with a public garage in Herceg Novi, a business center in Igalo, a tourist resort and an observation deck of Njivice, Sport Inn hotel with a football field in Igalo, tourist complex Porto Bono on the Lustica peninsula, a business-type object with apartments in Melline, a multifunctional center in Igalo, Hotel Play in Igalo, a sports town in Sutorino, cable car Nivice - Ilinica, a nurse polygon Duboki Do, city bypass and Zelenika - Rosa ferry, maritime tourism in the Skver region and restoration of the narrow gauge railway via Herceg Novi.
According to the mayor of Herceg Novi, Stevan Katic, one of the most important city projects is the construction of a bus station, for which all permits have already been obtained, as well as the approval of the chief architect.
