The Gorvodokanal of Budva said that the tap water in the local sources is again muddy and must be filtered or boiled before drinking.
“In the territory of the municipality of Budva, residents and guests of the city are not recommended to drink water directly from the tap, but only after preliminary filtration or boiling,” said the Budva city water supply channel.
The same precautions should be applied to residents of nearby settlements, to which water is also supplied from the regional water supply system - Prijevor, Seoce, Svinista and Jaz.
“Our consumers will constantly receive information about any changes in the situation with drinking water,” the Budva municipal water utility said in a statement.
