The multifunctional cultural center “Tom and Stana Luketić Foundation” (Mont. “Zaklada Toma i Stane Luketić”) will be built on a site near the Old Town of Budva, between the former Atlas bank and the popular Hemingway restaurant, where once was the home of this largest Budva philanthropist. The conceptual design of the cultural center, as a gift to the city of Budva, was made by the descendant of the patron, architect Vladimir Luketic.
According to the project, on the territory of the future four-story center “Tom and Stana Luketic Foundation” there will be: a single information center for cultural events, a multifunctional gallery with a small stage, a bookstore, a library with a reading room, a museum with valuable items and photographs, a lounge area with internet , creative workshops with 3D printers, game rooms for the youngest visitors, a souvenir shop, a cafe-bar, as well as a rooftop will have an observation deck overlooking the Old Town of Budva and the marina.
The total area of the facility will be 3450 square meters.
