The multifunctional cultural center “Tom and Stana Luketić Foundation” (Mont. “Zaklada Toma i Stane Luketić”) will be built on a site near the Old Town of Budva
, between the former Atlas bank and the popular Hemingway restaurant, where once was the home of this largest Budva philanthropist. The conceptual design of the cultural center, as a gift to the city of Budva, was made by the descendant of the patron, architect Vladimir Luketic.
According to the project, on the territory of the future four-story center “Tom and Stana Luketic Foundation” there will be: a single information center for cultural events, a multifunctional gallery with a small stage, a bookstore, a library with a reading room, a museum with valuable items and photographs, a lounge area with internet , creative workshops with 3D printers, game rooms for the youngest visitors, a souvenir shop, a cafe-bar, as well as a rooftop will have an observation deck overlooking the Old Town of Budva and the marina.
The total area of the facility will be 3450 square meters.
