Last weekend, in the north of Montenegro, near the town of Zabljak, the Savin Kuk ski center was opened.
The opening ceremony of the Savin Kuk ski resort and the winter ski season in Montenegro was organized in cooperation with the organization “Montenegro Ski Resorts”, the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism of Montenegro, as well as the National Tourism Organization (NTO) of Montenegro. Also, a free transfer from Podgorica was organized for all visitors, and the skiing of the visitors on the ski slopes was adorned by the performance of the Crveno i Crno music group. In addition, Plantaže, the largest Montenegrin wine company, organized a free wine tasting.
It is reported that this season in the ski center Savin Kuk was installed the most modern system of control and registration of visitors - Ski Data System, the cost of which is about 150 000 euros. This is part of the investment for the next ski season, when a new six-seat lift will be built here, as well as an additional four kilometers of ski slopes.
