It is reported that by the beginning of the summer tourist season in the village of Gorni Stoi, which is located near the resort city of Ulcinj, a water park will be built.
This week, the mayor of Ulcinj, Lloro Nrekic, and the representative of the Turkish construction company Polin, Edin Pepich, signed an agreement on the provision of long-term lease of land for the construction of a water entertainment complex in the village of Gorni Stoi.
“The cost of investments for the construction of a water park in Ulcinj will be about 7 million euros, and its area will be 26,658 sq.m,” said the head of the municipality of Ulcinj.
As mentioned earlier, the water complex in Ulcinj will be completed before the start of the summer tourist season of 2020 and will include a pool for adults and children, a pool with slides, a swimming pool for jumping and other facilities related to the water park and its maintenance.
