The first stage of construction work on the embankment of Jaz Beach and the design of the second stage of reconstruction will be completed in March 2020.
Montenegro's state-owned marine property management company, Morsko Dobro, has entered into an agreement with d.o.o. Civil Engineer from Podgorica for the design of the II stage of reconstruction of the promenade along the Jaz beach, which is located near the resort town of Budva. The subject of the Agreement is the development of a preliminary plan and the main project for the construction and reconstruction of the promenade on Jaz Beach, which will run from the existing embankment at the coastline to the western end of Jaz Beach and will be about 226 meters long. The total project area will be 1050 sq.m ..
Recall that the cost of construction work at the first stage amounted to 150,000 euros. In 2020, the Montenegrin authorities provided the allocation of investments in the amount of 208,000 euros for the implementation and commissioning of the second stage of the reconstruction of the embankment on the beach of Jaz.
