Apartments in new buildings on the Montenegrin coast have risen in price to 1451 euros per square meter

According to the statistics agency Monstat, in the fourth quarter of 2019, a square meter of housing in new buildings on the Montenegrin coast increased by 6% compared to the third quarter and, on average, costs 1,451 euros per square meter.
It is worth noting that last year the cost of an apartment in new buildings on the Montenegrin coast was on average 1135 euros per square meter, which is 1.2% more compared to the III quarter of 2019 and 3.4% more than in the same period in 2018.
In the capital of Montenegro - the city of Podgorica, the price of apartments in new houses for 3 months of last year remained virtually unchanged. The cost per square meter of housing in the new building amounted to 1086 euros, which is 3% more than last year. In the central part of Montenegro, the cost of new apartments is about 694 euros, and in the north of the country - 764 euros per 1 sq. meter.
