Employees, residents, tenants and small business owners living and working in the sea resort and marina of Porto Montenegro (Tivat) donated a total of EUR 40,500 for the control of COVID-19 coronavirus infection, which the parent company Adriatic Marinas doubled thereby making a total donation of 81,000 euros.
The money was donated to the National Infectious Diseases Coordination Group, an authority formed by the Government of Montenegro to organize a coordinated campaign to fight the pandemic in Montenegro.
Porto Montenegro's management philosophy is based on the idea of creating a sustainable and strong community that cares for others, and this time it was proved that an inclusive approach to creating a business has demonstrated the power of cooperation and the power of unity, which goes far beyond the usual marine and tourism project and supports national socially responsible action in the fight against a pandemic.
