Another case of COVID-19 coronavirus infection was confirmed in Montenegro, Sanja Medenica, head of the department of infectious diseases at the Montenegrin Institute of Public Health, said at a NKT conference. According to her, a new case of infection was detected in Podgorica and it arose due to family contact of a previously ill person.
The Institute of Public Health reported that this morning in the laboratory, an analysis of 40 tests for coronavirus was carried out, one of which turned out to be positive.
Currently, the number of infected patients in Montenegro since the beginning of the epidemic is 232 people, 203 of which were cured. Cases of coronavirus infection in various cities of Montenegro look like this:
