On May 15, a moratorium on the construction of any objects in the first urban zone, namely, on the coast, came into force in the popular Montenegrin resort town of Budva.
This prohibition applies to construction work at facilities located near the sea. The municipal police of Budva warned about 40 investors about this Decision, who are currently building or preparing to build various facilities in this zone.
Inspections of construction sites began last weekend, on May 16 and 17. Also, the municipal police noted that the penalty for breaking the moratorium is from 500 euros.
