The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dusko Markovic, said that
on June 1, Montenegro would open its borders to tourists from nearby European countries. Currently, citizens of Croatia, Slovenia, Albania, Austria, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Greece are allowed to come to Montenegro. Montenegro will open the borders for the inhabitants of these countries, since there, as in Montenegro, there is a positive epidemiological situation, said the Prime Minister, Dusko Markovic.
It is reported that tourists entering Montenegro will not need to present negative tests for coronavirus infection COVID-19 at the border. It was also noted that foreign citizens staying in Montenegro will have to comply with sanitary measures and rules of conduct established by the Government of Montenegro.
In addition, Dushko Markovic said that starting next week in Montenegro it is planned to open kindergartens, development centers, theaters and cinemas.
