The Montenegro Institute of Public Health (IPH) has registered a new case of coronavirus infection COVID-19, which was detected in the resort town of Budva.
It is reported that a resident of Budva traveled to Belgrade to the semifinal of the Serbia Football Cup and returned back to Montenegro through Bosnia and Herzegovina. After that, he developed symptoms of infection (dry cough, fever) and went to the hospital.
“During the day, the Institute of Public Health laboratories completed an analysis of 34 new samples for the presence of coronavirus. At the moment, an epidemiological investigation is underway of this infection, as well as the identification of those people with whom the patient has contacted, ”the report said.
We also note that a case of Montenegrin coronavirus infection, which was in Montenegro on self-isolation also after returning from Bosnia and Herzegovina, was previously recorded.
