Businessman Branislav Micunovic has received permission from the Ministry of Tourism to build a condo-hotel in the center of Budva. Permission is granted for the construction of the hotel with total area of 15,100 m2 and a height of 12 floors. The hotel will be built in the central part of the territory of the dilapidated building "Zeta film".
