In Plevlya and Zhablyak next morning at 10 am, was recorded the folowing temperature: in Plevlya 18.6 ° C below zero, and in Zhablyak 18,1 ° C below zero. In Kolasin it was 15.4 ° C below zero, and in the Cetinje 14.6 ° C below zero. In Niksic around 10 am it was 8.9 ° C below zero. In the capital,it was minus 4.4 ° C below zero. In Ulcinj it was 4,4 ° C below zero, in Bar 2,2 ° C below zero, while in Herceg Novi temperature was 0.2 ° C above zero.
In Zabljak in the afternoon temperature dropped to 17,3 ° C bolow zero. At noon, Zabljak was the coldest city in Montenegro, with a temperature of 17.3 ° C below zero.
In Pljevlja, the temperature rose to 13.9 ° C below zero, and in Kolasin to 15.4 ° C below zero. In Cetinje, it was 6 ° C below zero, while in Niksic 7.2 ° C below zero.
