Polish company "OT Logistics" offered 7.1 million euros for a 30% stake in the port of Bar, now owned by the state. The company promises a 17 million euro investment over the next three years, as well as opening of a transport corridor Baltic-Adriatic-Africa-Middle East.
The company "OT Logistics" bought 20% stake in the Croatian port of Rijeka, and is planning to carry on this route grain and food products.
Also, the company is interested in buying a 51% stake in the company "Montekargo", which is engaged in freight transportation.
