In the former site of the enterprise "Servisimport" at Ulica 4. jula, in the near future to begin construction of four apartment houses, and then the hotel and shopping center.
The company "Razvršje" has started preparatory works. According to Sasha Lekovic, the owner of the company, the complex will be built on the site of 900,000 sq.m. There are four buildings, a shopping center and a hotel to be built. On the area of 16,000 sq.m residential buildings will be set, on the first floor there will be commercial space. Construction of shopping center will not start in the next two or three years, as first under the plan is the construction of buildings.
The area of the shopping center will be 120,000 square meters, the same as the shopping center Delta City.
The hotel will take 200,000 square meters. In addition, there will be parking lot with plenty of parking spaces and underground garages. Also "Razvršje" company promised to do landscaping of green areas.
