Two tourists from Germany went down the Tara River, thereby commemorating the beginning of the season in the national park, said the director of the NP Durmitor Tomo Pajović.
Last year, the national park was visited by more than 131,000 tourists. In this regard, it is expected that this year the interest of tourists to this protected natural area will stay the same.
Recall that in 2016 2495 rafting tours were held in Durmitor NP, of which 2324 tours along the Tara River by boat and 171 by kayaks. In total 16,432 tourists were on rafting last year.
