Lustica Development has started the construction of the first five-star hotel "The Chedi Luštica Bay Crna Gora", the largest hotel in the Boka Bay.
The management of the company has said that the Chedi Hotel is the first of seven hotels to be built in Luštica Bay, a tourist town, worth 1.1 billion euros.
According to the general director of Luštica Development, Darren Gibson, the opening of the hotel "The Chedi Luštica Bay Crna Gora" is expected in summer next year.
The hotel is located in the central part of the marina of Lustica Bay. The hotel will have 110 rooms, two restaurants, a bar, a conference room and business center, an outdoor pool, a spa and a fitness center with indoor pool.
The project of architectural and urban design for the hotel was created by Aron Gentry, TVS Design from Atlanta, which was selected at the international competition in 2015. This is the largest investment project in the field of tourism and construction of residential properties in Montenegro, which will be open for a visit round the year.
The project includes the construction of 7 hotels, 2 marinas, more than 1000 apartments, more than 500 city houses and villas, 18-hole golf courses, commercial and administrative centers and other necessary facilities.
