Budva, thus enriching the cultural part of life in Montenegro.
This connoisseur of contemporary art has turned the abandoned building "Jugooceanija" in Kotor into an international studio, which brought together young talents from Russia and from around the world. He opened the doors for young creative people who have the opportunity to show all their imagination and transfer their talent into their works of art in the studio for a month or two.
These efforts have not gone unnoticed by businessman Neil Emilfarba (Emilfarba), an American who builds Dukley Gardens, which supported the development of new trends in art.
