The Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection suspended the import of alcohol products produced by 13.JUL PLANTAZE into the territory of the Russian Federation from 26.04.2017.
In 2017, the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare identified 24 shipments of alcohol products (manufactured by 13.JUL PLANTAZE AD, Republic of Montenegro) that do not meet the requirements of current legislation in the field of consumer protection and Sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population. Based on the results of the studies, the content of pesticides, plasticizers, and foreign particles were detected.
Parties of alcohol products that do not meet the established requirements are withdrawn from circulation, the materials are transferred to court.
