In Podgorica, preparatory work began on the installation of the monument to the governor Mirko Petrovich on Independence Square. Preliminary work includes the strengthening of the pedestal, on which the memorial will be erected. The author of the monument is Dimitry Popovich. The memorial is already prepared, it remains to put an inscription. After the pedestal is completed, the monument itself will be installed.
