It became known that from 19 May, 2017 (Friday), the ferry service between Montenegro and Italy across the Adriatic Sea resumes its work. Passenger ferries will run from the port of Bar (Montenegro) to the port of Bari (Italy) and back. These international voyage will be performed by the ferry of the Croatian company "Jadrolinije" (Rijeka). On Friday, at 8:00 in the morning the ferry named "Dubrovnik" will enter the port of the city of Bar and in the evening, at 10:00 pm will depart on its first sea voyage to the Italian port of Bari.
In the future, according to plans, the ferry is going to make similar voyages once a week during May, September, October and November and twice a week in June, July and August.
It should be noted that the maximum number of passengers that can accommodate a vessel is 1,300 people. In addition, the ferry can take on board up to 300 cars.
