In Podgorica in the area of Zagorić in the near future there will be a new elite residential complex and a city embankment.
From the company "Čelebić", which is an investor, it was reported that within the next two weeks a permit for construction of a complex worth 30 million euros should be obtained.
In addition to residential buildings, it is planned to build a quay near the river Moraca, with benches, a playground and a cafe.
"Moraca is one of the most important symbols of Podgorica. The older generation of capital residents remember sadly the days when they spent time on the banks of the Moracha and Ribnita rivers. Our company Čelebić will return residents of Podgorica river banks and emphasize the best in the city," commented the employee of PR service of company Maja Krstajić Radoman.
