Bosnian bought a whole floor in the complex Porto Budva for 7 million euros

After 20 years in the US, the Bosnian Svemir Vojinović decided to invest his money in Montenegro, and bought a whole floor of the Porto Budva complex, which is being built by Alart centar-Budva-CG, for 7 million euros.

The company "Alart centar - Budva - CG" is engaged in the construction of a residential and business complex Porto Budva, worth 80 million euros, 100 meters from the Old Town. The owner of the company Naser Ramaj, said that the completion of construction planned for the end of next year, and noted that 80% of residential and office space has already been sold. The complex consists of two floors for garages, two floors of a shopping center (8000 square meters), a spa (3,500 square meters) and nine residential floors.
For the past four years, Svemir Vojinović came regularly from the United States to Montenegro and noted many positive changes.

"Services in Montenegro are getting better every year", Vojinovic commented, who decided to move to Montenegro after retirement and continue his business.
The whole floor of the new building that Svemir Vojinović bought is located above the spa, on the floor there will be 20 apartments, a restaurant, a kitchen and all the necessary amenities.
