Construction of ramps for people with disabilities on beaches of Montenegro

When it comes to tourism and recreation, for sure no restrictions should be for all guests, including those who have difficulties to move around. Special conditions must be provided for them.
The strategy of the state enterprise for coastal management in Montenegro is to create in each of the six coastal municipalities, at least one beach for people with disabilities for a start. This season it is planned to build three ramps - in Tivat (Seljanovo beach), in Bar and on the Slovenska beach in Budva, they have already been completed.
To improve conditions and facilitate access for people with disabilities and disabled ones, modern ramps will be installed on the beaches, which fully comply with international standards and rules.
As for the hotel beaches, special access for people with disabilities should also be provided on their territory.
We hope that soon more new bathing places equipped for people with disabilities will appear on the Montenegrin coast, which is 300 km long.
