The Podgorica rescue service fought fires in 15 places. In extinguishing the fires, the Emergency Situations Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior of Montenegro was involved.
Currently, the fire situation is under control.
On the territory of Podgorica, large fires were in three places - Radovač, Trmanj and not far from the border with Albania.
In the village Radovač, a pine forest was on fire, thereby creating a threat to several houses and country houses.
Fires near the Zagorič substation, near the bridge "Krivi most", Dalmatinska ulica and two fires in the village of Golubovci are also localized.
Several fires were also recorded in Cetinje.
Unfavorable weather conditions, high temperatures and strong winds only complicate the work of firefighters, so local people also take part in extinguishing.
