On Sunday, 29th October, Montenegro will change over to winter time. On the night from Saturday to Sunday, namely at 3 o'clock in the morning, the hands of the clock will be transferred 1 back, thus not creating serious problems for the working population of Montenegro.
Winter time in Montenegro will be until the last weekend of March of 2018, when the return to summer time will be implemented and, accordingly, the clock will be transferred 1 hour forward.
