Elite complex Lazure Marina & Hotel is scheduled to open in spring next year, announced the representatives of Imperio Holdings Company at a meeting with the leadership of the Municipality of Herceg Novi.
On Thursday, representatives of the Municipality of Herceg Novi, during their visit to the area Meljina, met with representatives of the company Imperio Holdings and contractors at the construction site of the complex Lazure Marina & Hotel. Together, they visited the construction site, where the executives of the local administration noted good dynamics and quality of work performed in this historical area.
Chairman of the municipality of Herceg Novi, Stevan Katich, said that the project would be fully supported by the local authorities, as in the future it would decorate the view of Meljina area and make it more attractive. Representatives of the company told the contractor about the executed and planned works in the hotel, as well as the planned timing of completion of construction and said that the complex Lazure Marina & Hotel would be opened in the spring of 2018.
