The state enterprise Morsko dobro appealed to all tenants and residents of Montenegro to maintain cleanliness on the Montenegrin beaches in the winter months. The thing is that in winter, due to gusty winds and numerous sea storms, a huge amount of various garbage accumulates on the beaches of Montenegro.
According to representatives of Morsko dobro, they recently visited some beaches in Montenegro and found a large amount of household waste, which, due to heavy rains and heavy winds, were taken to the Montenegrin coast.
"On behalf of the State Monetary Management Company of Montenegro, we urge all tenants to maintain cleanliness on the beaches in accordance with the Agreement on the Use of Marine Resources.We recall that tenants of Montenegrin beaches, in accordance with Article 9 of the current Treaty on the lease of beach areas in Montenegro, are required to support cleanliness and communal order on the beach and the surrounding area throughout the year, especially in the winter season, "the statement said.
