In Montenegro, in the town of Martinici, the annual, already third in a row, New Year show of donkeys took place. The number of visitors to this unique event is growing from year to year and this time around 2 thousand people came to the "ball" of donkeys.
"I would like to note that the annual New Year's ball of donkeys in Montenegro is the only one on the planet, last year there were about 900 people, and in this we were visited by more than 2000 adults and children, musicians who on saxophone, violin and the guitar played popular world hits and soundtracks. Guests were offered wine, which we produce on the farm, and we were very lucky with the weather - the day was sunny and without wind, "said farm owner Darko Savelich.
On the territory of the farm in Martinici, tents were also installed, where all visitors who came from different regions of Montenegro could buy natural products for themselves or their children.
Instead of wearing weights, today donkeys in Montenegro live like real gentlemen and are used as a kind of tourist attraction.
