Montenegro will develop all-season tourist destinations

Montenegro in great strides is about becoming a country in which all-season tourist destinations for travelers from all over the world will be presented.
One of our main goals is to extend the summer season in Montenegro by increasing the number and improving the quality of tourist offers throughout the year, said the director of the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro (NTO), Zelka Radak Kukavicic.
"We are very pleased that the results of the tourism activities that we achieved this season showed that tourism in Montenegro is growing rapidly from year to year and has become one of the largest and most dynamically developing industries," said Radak Kukavicic in an interview with Mina- business. In addition, R. Kukavičić noted that they managed to achieve one of the main goals, which was an expansion of the tourist season, and they were sure that Montenegro was on its way to becoming itself as a country representing all-the-year-round tourist destinations.
For the first ten months of 2017, the total number of tourists arriving in Montenegro was about 1.9 million people, which is 8.5% more than last year, of which the number of foreign tourists visiting Montenegro was slightly more than 1.8 million people or 11% more than in 2016.
