On air of the radio Jadran, the Tourist Organization (TO) reported that they had chosen the best design of the souvenir of the city of Herceg Novi. As the best conceptual solution for a souvenir, a model of the artist Albert Barbate was chosen, which depicts the best places in the city of Herceg Novi: the entrance to the Old Town, the Sat-Kula Clock Tower, the lighthouse and the city atmosphere in general.
Decision on the selection of a new souvenir for the city of Herceg Novi was made on 18 December, 2017, and the deadline for applications was 20 November.
"The souvenir will be made of ceramics in the shape of a figure, and also a small and large in size magnet, and the manufacturer and the place of making souvenirs will become known after the tender is over, which is due in the coming days." This souvenir is supposed to go on sale to the beginning of the summer tourist season in Montenegro," representatives of the TO Herceg Novi said.
As a prize for the best design of the souvenir of Herceg Novi, the artist and sailor Albert Barbet received 200 euros.
