The project for the construction of an elite residential area in Montenegro - Lustica Bay is presented at the International Yacht Show "The Boot Düsseldorf", which will be held from 20 to 28 January in Dusseldorf, Germany.
In the 49th exhibition of The Boot Düsseldorf, around 1900 various companies from more than 60 countries of the world will take part. They will present modern technologies, interesting novelties and attractive products in the yacht industry and ship equipment industry to the public. During the first nine days of the exhibition, in 16 different halls, various exciting presentations of new technologies, developments and achievements from the world of water sports will be held. In addition, many manufacturers of boats, yachts, boats and innovative products in the field of water transport, as well as owners of seaports, organize the premiere display of their latest products and services.
Representatives of the company Luštica Development AD note that this year at the fair in Düsseldorf the main marina will be presented, which is located in the residential complex Lustica Bay (Montenegro) and the opening of which will take place in the middle of the year. This pier is made in the style of a traditional Montenegrin village located on the Adriatic coast, has 176 places for various boats and yachts from 6 to 35 meters in length and is the center of the elite complex of Lustica Bay.
The project of the elite area on the coast of Montenegro - Lustica Bay includes the construction of seven hotels, two berths, about 1000 different apartments, more than 500 townhouses and villas, as well as 18-hole golf courses, commercial and administrative real estate and other necessary objects.
Let us note that the annual Düsseldorf fair "The Boot Düsseldorf" is the world's largest exhibition of ships, equipment and water sports and recreation, as well as a place where every year in January you can see the variety of the yacht industry.
