"Differences in the average price per square meter of apartments in new buildings largely depend on the degree of equity participation of buyers in the construction of the future house.If this share is higher, the average price of a new apartment will be significantly lower, if the participation in equity construction is insignificant, then the average price of an apartment in the new building will be higher", -

In 2017, the market price per square meter of a
new apartment in Montenegro from commercial construction companies was 1,128 euros, while
the apartment in a new building that participated in the share construction cost an average of 544 euros.
