On Sunday, 25th January, a gorgeous masquerade and a festive concert ended the 49th Mimosa Festival, which lasted for the last three weeks in the town of Herceg Novi, Montenegro.
From the first day of the Mimoza festival, various interesting events, master classes, show programs and concerts were organized for all residents and guests of Montenegro, which took place in the Boka Bay of Kotor, in the central square in the city of Herceg Novi, in Igalo and other places. A wonderful atmosphere of the holiday reigned during each event, and the final masquerade ball once again proved that
this festival rightfully has the status of one of the best winter tourist cultural events in Montenegro.
The final masquerade in honor of the closing of the Mimoza holiday was organized in the main hall of the Institute "Doctor Simo Milosevic" in Igalo, before which the parade of majorettes and musicians traditionally took place.
More than 250 artists took part in the masquerade in various bright and interesting masquerade costumes. They occupied not only the entire dance floor in the hall, but also were placed between tables, and thus, constantly entertaining all guests with their dances and theatrical performances, created an unforgettable and unique atmosphere of this holiday.
