On the 25th of March, at 02:00 in the morning, Montenegro will change into summer saving time by moving the hand one hour forward.
The transition to summer time was adopted in 70 European countries in 1916, and in Montenegro on 27 March 1983.
Note that on 8 February, the deputies of the European Parliament at a meeting in Strasbourg adopted a resolution, which proposed to abandon the summer and winter time in the countries of the European Union. According to the results of many studies conducted in European countries, because of the transition to summer and winter during the year, about 20% of Europeans feel unwell, and many have various health problems.
Summer time in Montenegro will last until the last weekend of October, when the hands of the clock will be transferred again 1 hour back.
