The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will continue to invest in the road infrastructure of Montenegro, including the construction of a highway. It will also
support the Tivat airport modernization project, said the head of the EBRD office in Montenegro, Jaan Sperry.
"We supported the project for the reconstruction of the port and invested about 20 million euros in it. It is very important for each country to develop air transport and related infrastructure, so we will participate in this project at Tivat airport", -
Jaan Speri said.The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dusko Markovic, in his recent television interview said that the state will not sell airports, but to a model of a joint public-private partner will be applied to them.
